Digital Products
All digital products, including ebooks, webinars, and online courses, are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you encounter any technical issues accessing your digital products, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Physical Products
For physical products, such as books and supplies, we offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Workshops and Events
For any workshops or events, a full refund will be provided if you cancel your registration at least 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your registration to another participant.
